The App is owned and operated by Sieve Logic Services Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Canada ("Sieve Logic," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") and the Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Legal Agreement") govern your access to and use of the MyFaithCircle mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Legal Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. Cross‑Border Use Notice
MyFaithCircle is a product of Sieve Logic Services Inc. The product is operated from Canada and offered globally. Users access the App at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws where they reside.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use MyFaithCircle. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent.
4. Description of Service
MyFaithCircle provides Bible reading, collaborative study tools, messaging, voice calls, badges, and related faith‑based features. MyFaithCircle does not provide pastoral counseling, theological certification, or professional advice.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account as any breach arising from this would not be the responsibility of Sieve Logic Services Incorporated.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App lawfully, respectfully, and in a manner consistent with its faith-centered purpose. You shall not misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or use it to infringe the rights of others.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create within the App, including notes, messages, and study materials. By using the App, you grant Sieve Logic a non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license to host, store, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
8. Premium Features and Payments
Certain features may require payment, including expanded group voice and video capabilities. Pricing, billing cycles, and subscription terms will be clearly disclosed within the App prior to purchase.
9. Voice Calls
Voice calls are provided for faith‑based study and fellowship. MyFaithCircle is not responsible for user behavior during live sessions. Recording calls without consent is prohibited.
10. Premium Services
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are disclosed at purchase and managed through platform app stores.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to warn, remove content, suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in conduct that harms the community or the App's integrity.
12. Reporting
Users may report content or behavior directly within the App.
13. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is." MyFaithCircle does not guarantee uninterrupted service, theological accuracy across interpretations, or specific spiritual outcomes. The group study does not substitute for physical fellowship with your local church.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sieve Logic Services Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. Where required by local law, consumers may bring claims in their country of residence. 16. Consumer Rights and Statutory Protections
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude, restrict, or limit any consumer rights or statutory protections that cannot be waived under applicable law. If you are a resident of the European Union, you retain all mandatory rights provided under EU consumer protection laws and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law.
17. Dispute Resolution and Class Action Waiver (U.S. Users)
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You agree to waive any right to participate in class, collective, or representative actions against Sieve Logic Services Inc., except where such waiver is prohibited by law. Nothing in this section limits your right to bring claims to a small claims court or seek injunctive relief where permitted.
18. International Users
If you access MyFaithCircle outside Canada, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in Canada and other jurisdictions where we operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
19. Community Guidelines
Users must: Treat others with respect; Avoid abusive, hateful, misleading, or unlawful content; Respect privacy within study groups; Avoid impersonation or misrepresentation. Failure to comply may result in content removal or account termination.
20. Intellectual Property Policy
All App content, design, trademarks, and logos are owned by MyFaithCircle or licensed to it. Unauthorized use is prohibited. Bible translations are provided under applicable licenses or public domain where applicable.
21. Disclaimer Of Religious & Theological Liability
MyFaithCircle provides Scripture and study tools for personal enrichment. Interpretations, quizzes, and study prompts do not represent official doctrine of any denomination. Users are encouraged to seek guidance from qualified faith leaders.
22. Badges, Ranks & Gamification Policy
Badges and ranks are symbolic and motivational. They do not confer authority, leadership status, or religious endorsement. MyFaithCircle reserves the right to modify badge criteria and rank thresholds.
23. Video & Communication Consent Policy
By participating in chats or video calls, users consent to real‑time communication with others. MyFaithCircle does not monitor calls except as required to enforce safety and legal compliance.
24. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds are governed by the Google Play Store and Apple App Store policies. MyFaithCircle does not directly process refunds.
25. Changes To Legal Documents
We may update these documents periodically. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is designed to comply with Canada: PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy laws. MyFaithCircle applies the highest applicable standard where laws overlap.
